What’s Included in Your 3D Model
Pre-Backfill Documentation
Before backfill, we capture HD drone video and/or photos documenting:
Drain tile installation
Plumbing and electrical knockout locations
Foundation and underground services
Drone operations are weather-dependent and cannot be performed in rain.
Post Rough-In Interior Scan
Once rough-in work is complete, our team performs a full interior 3D scan capturing:
Plumbing
HVAC systems
Electrical and low-voltage wiring
Fireproofing
Framing
We recommend scheduling this scan after site cleaning and preparation for insulation, ensuring all critical in-wall components are clearly visible and permanently documented.
Completed Roof Documentation
After roofing is finalized including flashing, vents, and gutters, we provide an HD drone video capturing the completed roof system for future reference.
Embedded Project Documents
At project completion, any documents you provide can be embedded directly into the 3D model, creating a centralized digital record. Common documents include:
